Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and shipments

  • Maintain and manage customer relations to ensure high service and satisfaction levels


  • Support continuous learning and development of team members

  • Conduct market and competitor research to come up with improvement initiatives for operational purposes

  • Ensure accounts receivables are being collected and accounts payables are being paid in a timely manner


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • 2-3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Speaks Korean
