Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Creation - Oversee and manage team focused on social media content creation on social media platforms and creating and editing short videos (TikTok) that aligns with the company brand identity, target audience, and business goals

  • Social Media Strategy - Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement

  • Social SEO - Optimize our social media channels and content, enhancing the visibility of our content among viewers searching, increasing brand recognition, driving engagement leading to customer conversion

  • E-commerce - Utilize social media to build brand awareness and generate sales, and get our brand, profile, and services shared online.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news

  • Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partners

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in social media management, marketing communications

  • Hands on experience in visual storytelling, art direction, content creations, and e-commerce especially with short video platforms (TikTok)

  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts and social media advertising campaigns

  • Demonstrated success leading and managing a team of 2-5 individuals

  • Proficient in social media management tools (Later, Semrush, VPN tools)

  • Proficient in Data or Asset Management Software (Airtable, GSheets, Air)

  • Proficient in Marketing automation and outreach tools (CRM platforms, lead generation)

  • Proficient in video and photo editing tools (Photoshop, iMovie, Adobe Premier, Canva)

  • Strong knowledge in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)

  • Experience in marketing physical products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
